This Crispy corn kebab delicious dish can be served as starter or snack and it’s super easy to make. Simply pick a time where you can spare some extra energy in preparing the mixture, let them sit around happily in the fridge, and drop them into their hot oil bath whenever convenient (basically before serving).


1 cup boiled corns (grated)
2 mashed potatoes (boiled)
2 bread slices
2 green chilli or as needed (finely chopped)
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp coriander (finely chopped)
few mint leaves (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp chaat masala
2 tsp lemon juice
3 tsp Corn flour 
oil for deep frying

*Crumble the bread slices freshly in the mixer.
*In a wide bowl, add corn, mashed potatoes, onions, ginger garlic paste, salt, coriander & mint leaves.
*Add the flour, breadcrumbs, all the spices and mixed them well.
*Make sure it is not too soggy, add more bread if needed. (only if needed).
*scoop out a portion of the corn mixture and lightly roll into a ball shape.
*Keep it refrigerated till you fry this.
*Heat oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry the kebabs over medium heat until crisp golden color.
*Garnish with lemon wedges, onion, chaat masala
*Serve with mint chutney.
