INGREDIENTS (8-10 pancakes) :

1 egg
275 ml cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
180 g flour
50 g Granulated Sugar
50 g of melted Butter
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of Baking Powder
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Maple Syrup as needed
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

PROCESS:

*Combine milk, eggs, vanilla essence and cocoa powder in a bowl. Whisk until combined.
*Sift flour, chocolate chips and baking powder and into a large bowl. Stir in sugar and add a pinch of salt.
*Make a well in the center. Add milk mixture. Whisk until just combined.
*Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and brush lightly with olive oil.
*Pour the batter with a ladle into the frying pan and cook until bubbles begin to form on tops, then flip to another side.
*Transfer the pancakes to a plate and repeat until no batter remains.
*Garnish with a part of butter and serve with maple syrup or chocolate syrup and fresh berries.

NOTE:

For making it tastier add some whipped cream in the toppings or vanilla ice cream and enjoy your chocolate pancakes ūüôā
