2 ripe mangoes puree
2 tsp gelatine
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 cup boiled hot water
some diced mangoes to garnish


*In a medium bowl, whisk together the gelatin and boiling hot water until no lumps remain.
*Whisk in the sugar and salt until dissolved.
*Add that water into the milk and stir well.
*Let it cool for 5 minutes.
*Add mango puree and stir well to combine.
*Pour the mango mixture into small serving bowls or cute serving cups.
*Cover it with the plastic wrap and chill into the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or till it is set.
*Once set, garnish with few chopped mangoes, enjoy!
