170 gms (3/4 cup) Butter
90 gm (3/4 cup) Dark Chocolate
200 gm (1 cup) Sugar
3 nos Eggs
1 tsp dark cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
95 gm (3/4 cup) Flour
walnuts & choco chips as needed
vanilla ice-cream and chocolate sauce as needed
*Melt butter and chocolate over a double boiler and stir well.
*Add sugar, stir well to combined and remove from the double boiler.
*Add in 3 eggs, one at a time and stir well after each addition.
*Add all the dry ingredients cocoa powder, salt, and flour, whisk everything until a smooth batter is formed.
*Add walnuts and choc chips in the batter
*Pour it onto a prepared square tin and bake in a preheated oven for 30-40 mins at 180°C
*Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing.
HOW TO ASSEMBLE:
*Once the brownies are cooled, cut it into 4 slices.
*Heat up a sizzler plate on high flame till it is hot. Even a cast iron plate can be used for the same.
*Pour 2 tbsp of chocolate sauce evenly over it.
*Place the brownie slice at the center. Top it with ice-cream scoops and drizzle some more chocolate sauce all around to get the sizzling effect. Serve hot and enjoy the sizzling brownie with ice cream with your friends and family.
