INGREDIENTS (10 pancakes) :
2 medium eggs
275 ml cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
180 g flour
50 g Granulated Sugar
50 g of melted Butter
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons of Baking Powder
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
*Whisk eggs, milk and vanilla together in a jug. Add the melted butter at room temperature.
*Sift flour and baking powder into a large bowl. Stir in sugar and add a pinch of salt.
*Make a well in the center. Add milk mixture. Whisk until just combined.
*Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and brush lightly with olive oil.
*Pour the batter with a ladle into the frying pan and cook until bubbles begin to form on tops, then turn to brown other sides.
*Transfer the pancakes to a plate and repeat until no batter remains.
*Garnish with a part of butter and honey and the pancakes are now ready to serve!
