INGREDIENTS :
1/2 cup curd(yougurt)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp fenugreek leaves (crushed)
2 tsp gram flour (besan)
1 tsp lemon juice
salt (to taste)
2-3 tbsp oil or as required
250 gm cottage cheese (paneer)
1 medium size capsicum cut into square shape
1 medium to large onion cut in the same way

PROCESS:
*Cut cottage cheese into 1/4 inches cubes.
*whisk the yogurt in a bowl.
*mix all the spices,besan and salt with the yogurt and lemon juice and stir well.
*cover the bowl & keep the marinade in the fridge for 30 minutes.
*after marination, heat 1tsp oil in a non stick pan.
*coat the paneer and veggies with the marinade and place them on the pan (tawa), fry them at a medium flame.
*arrange the veggies & paneer on the screwer,keep each
veggies between two paneer pieces,sprinkle some chaat masala & lemon juice on paneer tikka.
*transfer them in a serving plate and enjoy the paneer tikka with vinegar onions and mint yougurt chutney.
